Job Description:
*Recruiting both student and experienced drivers. * Travel to various training schools throughout CA. *Handle personal interviews daily. *Process all applications for new hires and rehires, including experienced and s student drivers. *Complete background checks including pulling MVR and DAC reports. *Review applications of prospective hires and make determination if the applicant is qualified. *Make arrangements and schedule students for school driver orientation. *Complete pre-hire files and paperwork on applicants. *Maintain complete files of non-hired drivers, as appropriate. *Track calls generated from all forms of advertising. *Work with drivers or applicants with problems. Be able to explain CRST’s operating policy and safety standards to drivers. *Travel to driver training schools, job fairs and work industry trade shows as needed representing CRST Expedited, Inc.

Job Experience / Skills Desired:
A four-year college degree is required or two years recruiting experience. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have experience prioritizing matters, and possess customer service related experience. In addition top-notch organizational skills and the ability to work under potentially stressful situations is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills, above average knowledge of math, and keen reasoning abilities will be necessary for success.
