Job Description:
Direct Management of a staff of 30+ Operation personnel and 2600 drivers in a team operations
Budget and cost management
Staffing - building and development of a strong, motivate staff
Driver Management - oversee the management and retention of 2600 company drivers to include good driver moral, high level of service to customers, safety and efficient and profitable utilization of equipment
Equipment - scheduling of all maintenance and repairs of all company owned equipment
On-time service to customer

Job Experience / Skills Desired:
Four year degree
5+ years prior operational experience in transportation
Strong verbal and written skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong math skills and keen reasoning abilities
