• The agent must be exclusive to Van Expedited and other CRST International subsidiaries and must agree to the certain terms as outlined in CRST's Exclusive Agency Agreement.

• CRST will provide a computer system at no cost, based on domicile fleet size. Agents will receive a sign-on bonus for each operator leased to CRST. CRST will provide operations, sales, and recruiting support for an easy transition.
