Our "20/10 Program" pairs three professional drivers up in an area to maximize your time on the road as well as at home. Two drivers are on board the truck at all times with the team routed through the home area every 10 days to switch drivers. In other words, you work 20 days while having 10 days off at home. Due to the efficiency of the truck, drivers in this program earn similar paychecks to teams working a full month.
