If you are a recent truck driving school graduate CRST wants to talk to you. If you have financed your own truck driver training, contact us to find out if you qualify for a tuition reimbursement program. CRST offers orientation at four locations nationwide.

If you graduated more than 60 days ago we have a refresher program available to polish up your skills. We offer payroll deduction after training to pay for this course.

You must be able to obtain your Hazmat endorsement as soon as possible after you’re hired.

“Train Your Partner Program”

Are you an experienced driver with a spouse, relative, or friend that wants to learn how to drive a truck? With our Train Your Partner Program” your partner can get their CDL training paid for by us and YOU can train them on the road in one of our trucks.

This is how it works:

Your partner goes through our company paid school program to get their CDL
You both go through Orientation after they get their CDL.
You attend our lead driver course the last day of Orientation to learn our policies and procedures for training drivers.
You train your partner for 28 days while getting lead driver pay. Then you are both home for 5-6 days.
After your home time you go back out on the road as a co-driver team, out for 21 days and home for 5 days.

We have a special pay promotion for the “Train Your Partner Program”. Students normally coming out of school earn $.18 per mile. With this promotion the student comes in as a 6 month level driver and earns $.33 per mile as long as his/her partner can qualify as a lead driver.
